Tara-Anne is a mother of five who rose above a series of challenging personal circumstances to transform her life. As the CEO of Team Lifestyle Masters and the Founder of the #OperationHotMom®️ movement, she inspires women to prioritize their well-being and achieve balance across all dimensions of wellness.
Tara’s career journey began in the entertainment industry, where she worked for 18 years as a casting director, collaborating on iconic projects such as "That '70s Show" and "3rd Rock From the Sun." She founded Bizzy Blondes Entertainment in 2005, producing television projects including MTV’s acclaimed "Rock the Cradle." Her expertise in casting and production earned her recognition within the industry, including membership on the Board of the prestigious Casting Society of America.
With a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Music and Media Arts, Tara has also made a significant impact in education. She has owned and operated an international tutoring franchise and a foreign language school for children, taught acting workshops nationwide, and directed children’s theater productions.
Today, Tara focuses on empowering women to elevate their lives through wellness. She shares her insights via speaking events, e-books, life and mindset group coaching, one-on-one coaching, and international retreats, addressing wellness in its eight interconnected dimensions: emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial. Additionally, Tara’s business mentorship program further enables individuals to create additional streams of income by launching home-based wellness ventures. In 2024, Tara was recognized as the #1 fastest-growing wellness marketing director with the leading online wellness store in North America.
