Tynesha O’Quinn hails from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!) and currently resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband and their two children. As a dedicated Human Resources professional, Tynesha owns and operates FINE HR Consulting, LLC where she provides tailored HR solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. From recruitment to employee relations, to compliance with federal and state laws, her mission is to help position businesses for growth and success.

At her core, Tynesha values faith, family, and community. She enjoys volunteering, hiking, visiting museums, watching movies, sharing laughter, nature, etc. Above all, she is committed to leaving a legacy for her children centered on a relationship with Christ.

When she’s not spending time with loved ones or volunteering, Tynesha can be found immersed in a book or writing—her true passions. She is the author of a children’s book, “Can I Really Do All Things,” inspired by Philippians 4:13, and is featured in the anthology “I’m Not Your Superwoman.” Currently, she is working on several other writing projects.
